So I'd partially painted designs on our mailbox until David told me he didn't like the bird I was painting - soooo, I am not sure if this project will ever reach completion and if it does- I'm really not all that enthusiastic about getting it done anymore. I just want the damn thing put up for practical reasons like keeping our mail dry. I'll finish it if Dave wants me to do it.
The bird ended up looking very much like Starryhawk. That was an accident but not one I was unhappy about. The other crap is just typical garden stuffs. Flowers & ladybugs n' junk... this was done with paint pens... and the gold and silver are probably not going to hold up to the weather unless we coat it in a protectant... but I don't really care at this point if it gets washed away. I'm sharing these pics because a good friend asked me to do so.
